Contract! Don’t Be Frightened, It’s A Warm Fuzzy Contract!

Yep, I have a contract. I do realize that this is unusual for a travel specialist. It is the way I help focus clients to create the trip of their dreams. I have found that free things are not appreciated by most folks, so I created the contract. The contract is signed before the first itinerary is created. As I have explained in previous blogs, I spend a lot of time talking and asking questions of clients. This way I begin to know how each client wants to travel, what they wish to experience, and what their budget is for their trip. It also gives me the opportunity to help each client understand what I do and how I can help them create a wonderful trip. The client signs the contract only when they are sure they wish to work with me and The Art of Travel. Anyone can get you a pre-packaged trip or the cheapest price, but few can create the trip of a lifetime. Once you have signed the contract, you have my full attention and creativity working on your itinerary for you.
